Most days, introspection is more like a cookie jar than Pandora’s box, but this is one of those mornings where I hesitate to lift the lid off my head and look at my brain activity. Okay, I just took a quick peek and decided the maelstrom is too frightening for public consumption. Hope everyone had a good Halloween. Eat a couple of salads today to offset the sugar and cottonseed oil. Also, walk the dog. If no dog, consider getting one.
